Industrial Electrician

The principal of TriPex Solutions has extensive experience as an instrument engineer and PLC programmer in the combustion field, and as an integration programmer for companies in the Food & Beverage industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrician. The Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment. The Electrician will also have responsibilities in new installations, inspections. conduit bending, repairs and electrical engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Electricity
• Make layout of electrical circuits
• Make up material and parts lists.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Do or direct all maintenance wiring – installation of motors – switches – switch panels – fuse boxes – lighting – testing – and power circuits.
• Determine proper size and specifications of wire – conduit – switches – panels – fuses – etc.
• Do or direct installation – connection – adjustment and calibration of electrical gauges and recording instruments.
• Must be able to trouble shoot PLC inputs/outputs – RTD’s – Vacuum/Pressure transducers.
• At least 5 years of electrical experience on industrial equipment.
• Willing to travel to where the job is located – Bay Area, San Joaquin Valley, etc.
• Ability to work flexible schedule – i.e – 7 days a week.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Willing to do on-call service after hours for Emergency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
