Industrial Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, wiring, panels, switchgear, MCCs, and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Perform cable laying, termination, glanding, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, building systems, and industrial equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with UAE electrical standards, project specifications, and HSE policies.
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and other trades for smooth project execution.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and periodic inspections of electrical systems.
• Maintain documentation of work performed, test reports, and maintenance logs.
• Follow safe work practices including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI Certification in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electrician trade.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in industrial electrical works, construction, or modular building systems.
• Knowledge of industrial wiring, control panels, PLC basics, and instrumentation preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE electrical codes, safety regulations, and site practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use electrical testing instruments.
• Good communication skills and teamwork capability.
