Education: Industrial engineer , Mechanical engineering, BBA logistic or supply chain

Experience: 2-3 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze & Optimize Supply Chain:
• Evaluate current supply chain processes for inefficiencies or gaps.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to improve logistics, inventory, procurement, and distribution.
• Design & Implement Solutions:
• Develop customized, strategic supply chain solutions that align with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain systems and strategies.
• Ensure timely and effective rollout of solutions.
• Technology Integration:
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate supply chain management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.).
• Drive automation and enhance real-time visibility across the supply chain.
• Ensure seamless communication between all supply chain systems and partners.
• Vendor Management & Collaboration:
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors.
• Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Supply Chain Innovation:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in supply chain management.
• Continuously suggest innovative strategies to drive efficiencies and scalability in the supply chain.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Use data analytics to track KPIs, performance, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Create detailed reports and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing supply chain operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
