Experience: 4-5 years

Job Description

Design of tools/fixtures (knowledge of CAD/Catia/Solid works) based on the requirements

Time study & Industrialization

Review of drawing, Method sheet

preparation of PFD, FMEA, PPAP, SWS, SWCS,SIPOC

Design & development of jigs & fixtures

Design of layout and process linkage

Preparation of WI &VI and implementation of MES

Procurement of the required tools, fixtures and required assembly accessories

Validation of the tools & fixtures

Knowledge of additive manufacturing(3D printing)

Creation of MM, BOM & routing in SAP
