How You’ll Make An Impact

Plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating with operations, quality, safety, and engineering teams.

Engage and support a technical workforce, solving problems rapidly and implementing sustainable solutions.

Suggest / Develop product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.

Communicate effectively across all organizational levels about safety, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead the training and development of your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed for success.

Drive continuous improvement in maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and work order completion.

Participate in budgeting processes, labour planning, and managing inventory of critical parts and tools.

Enforce and maintain the company safety program, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, educating personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Your background
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

10+ years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Lean 6S certifications.

Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
