Job Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibility:

Simulate and analyze manufacturing processes and warehouse operations using FlexSim discrete event simulation tool.
Develop accurate and detailed simulation models that replicate real-world manufacturing and logistics systems.

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support the development, validation, and refinement of simulation models.
Conduct “what-if” scenario analyses, capacity planning, and system optimization studies to support decision-making.
Present findings and actionable insights through data visualizations, dashboards, and comprehensive technical reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Quality to define simulation objectives and deliver impactful solutions.
Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements.
Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by evaluating and integrating new processes into existing operations through simulation studies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, sharing best practices in simulation modelling and process optimization.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Automobile Engineering.
Industrial Engineer with 2 - 4 years of experience in process optimization, FlexSim simulation, and Lean practices to support production efficiency and NPI initiatives.
