Role Overview

The Industrial Engineer (Sr. Executive) will be responsible for driving process optimization, productivity improvement, workflow standardization, and efficient resource utilization across manufacturing and operational functions. The ideal candidate must be skilled in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, time & motion studies, and work study methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time motion studies and work studies to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and establish standard operating times.
• Develop and optimize plant layouts, workstations, jigs/fixtures, and process flow using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to reduce cycle time and labor cost.
• Prepare engineering documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Lead continuous improvement projects under Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new equipment, tools, and automation implementations.
• Support capacity planning and production planning teams with technical inputs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant industry experience (preferably in manufacturing/assembly operations).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks 3D modeling.
• Hands-on expertise in time and motion study, method study, and productivity measurement tools.
• Good understanding of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer goods or large-scale production environments.
• Exposure to automation projects or design optimization.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
