Industrial Engineer Sheet metal

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring high-quality output. This role requires a strong understanding of systems engineering, process improvement, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
• Design and implement efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information
• Develop layouts for equipment and workspaces for maximum efficiency
• Conduct time studies and cost analysis
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance productivity and safety
• Use data and statistical methods to recommend solutions and monitor performance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Prepare reports and present findings to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and simulation software
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
