Industrial Engineering Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our prestigious PIF-backed client in the manufacturing sector for the role of Industrial Engineering Manager .

This is a strategic opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead productivity optimization, drive manufacturing excellence, and enhance operational efficiency across plant operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Industrial Engineering & Productivity

• Define workforce requirements aligned with factory productivity targets
• Develop and lead the Efficiency Action Plan (EAP) and rolling performance reviews
• Drive implementation of productivity initiatives across Production, Quality, and Maintenance
• Oversee time studies, equipment utilization, and man-machine optimization

Continuous Improvement

• Identify performance gaps and lead targeted improvement initiatives
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Deliver training programs aligned with Manufacturing Excellence standards

Standardization & Methodologies

• Ensure availability and adherence to SOPs across all workstations
• Standardize tools, processes, and operational methodologies

People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the Industrial Engineering team
• Align team objectives with business strategy and operational goals
• Drive accountability and performance excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in a similar role (Tyre industry preferred)
• Proven expertise in productivity optimization and manufacturing excellence
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
