Director - Facility Management

NADEC is looking for a visionary Director – Facility Management to oversee and elevate all facility, power, operational, and city-wide services in Haradh City.

 About the Role

As the Director of Facility Management, you will lead the operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all facilities in Haradh City—including power plants, residential complexes, farms, workshops, and utilities.
Your strategic leadership will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations that directly support our end-to-end supply chain.

 Key Responsibilities Strategic & Leadership

  • Drive the Facility Management strategy aligned with NADEC’s mission and operational goals.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse, high-performing team across multiple functions.
  • Translate strategic plans into operational initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Operational Excellence

  • Oversee large-scale multi-facility operations including manufacturing plants, farms, housing, workshops, and utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
Power & Utilities Management

  • Manage the power plant operations to ensure uninterrupted energy supply.
  • Lead energy-efficiency initiatives and explore renewable energy opportunities.
  • Oversee water, sewage, waste management, and environmental compliance.
Financial & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and manage department budgets and forecasts.
  • Optimize operational costs while maintaining high service standards.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for best value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with logistics, warehousing, procurement, HR, and other departments.
  • Serve as key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure facility operations fully support NADEC’s supply chain objectives.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or certifications such as CFM are preferred.
  • 8–13 years of experience in facility management, with 5+ years leading multi-site operations.
  • Experience managing large-scale environments (agriculture, manufacturing, residential, power plant).
