The Industrial Engineering Section Head is responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes across the plant to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. This role will lead focused & continuous improvement initiatives, implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and maximize plant efficiency, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Set and align plant wide KPIs across Operation, Quality, Safety, Costs, Service, and Sustainability.

Oversee operational and labor standards such as run rates, crewing, OEE, productivity, scrap levels, rework levels, changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.

Oversee the plant’s savings plan, ensuring alignment of driven projects with plant CAPEX and generating savings proposals through the plant operating model.

Drive the Focused Improvement roadmap to implement efficiency improvements across the plant.

Initiate studies and analyses to improve the plant’s quality, safety, reliability, and cost structure.

Own and lead the development of the site’s master plan, aligning investment initiatives with restoring basic conditions, savings programs, the Focused Improvement roadmap, activity plans, and transformational projects.

Identify and highlight operational risks and opportunities through relevant forums, recommending and driving sustainable supply solutions to safeguard and enhance plant performance.

Continuous improvement initiatives launched and delivering measurable gains in efficiency and waste reduction.

Lean methodologies and cost-effective programs implemented, driving productivity and cost savings.

Digital tools and technology-enabled solutions adopted to optimize supply chain and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.

7-9 years of experience.

Supply experience Preferably in Food industry / FMCG’s Manufacturing.
