Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are
looking for someone with integrity and who takes pride in their work. This role is responsible for
maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems within a
manufacturing or plant environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of
working independently or as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement timely solutions
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure materials are available to complete jobs in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid drivers license
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or plant setting preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with 120/240V commercial electrical
• Experience working with 240/480V industrial electrical systems
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in industrial environments (heat, noise, dust)
• Must not be afraid of heights (work may exceed 4 feet)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods

Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Overtime when required.
