Job Description - Industrial Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee and manage industrial construction projects across our Chinchwad and Shirwal locations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in civil engineering with specialized knowledge in PEB, MEP systems, and project execution for MNC clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver industrial construction projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction activities and coordination
- Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems installation and integration
- Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works
- Handle MEP billing and cost management activities
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including HVAC, plumbing, and flooring specialists
- Ensure quality compliance and safety standards throughout project execution
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective measures
Mandatory Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) - Mandatory
- 4-15 years of Industrial Project Management experience (Minimum 4 years, Maximum 15 years)
- MNC Client experience - Essential
Technical Expertise (Mandatory)
- Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) experience
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) expertise
- MEP + BOQ preparation and management
- MEP billing and cost management
- HVAC systems knowledge
- Plumbing systems experience
- Flooring installation and management
Language Requirements
- English - Proficient (Written & Spoken)
- Hindi - Proficient (Written & Spoken)
- Marathi - Proficient (Written & Spoken)
Regional Preference
- Maharashtrian candidates preferred
Work Location & Travel
- Primary Location: Chinchwad
- Secondary Location: Shirwal (Once per week visits required)
- Candidate should be comfortable with regular travel between both sites
