Job Description

Establish the industrial organization of the project: personnel, work packages, and tools.

Define the Project Industrial Organization (PIO) and the Manufacturing or Procurement Strategy (DAMOB).

Coordinate joint engineering activities together with the PrEM (Project Engineering Manager).

Make arbitration decisions on product/process solutions when required.

Perform a gap analysis with Ref Lib and determine its impact on the manufacturing process.

Develop the Industrial Management Plan (IMP).

Contribute to defining the logistics strategy together with the Project Supply Chain Manager (PrSCM).

In coordination with PrSM and PrSCM, define the list of long lead-time items to be monitored through PMFU (Part Maturity Follow-Up).

Monitor industrialization activities using IMFU (Industrial Maturity Follow-Up) and ensure completion of the following deliverables:
– Industrial documentation (Work Instructions)
– Production equipment and tooling
– Workshop and workstation layouts
– ERP master data, including routing and method time
– Line balancing and task sequencing
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in the railway systems or automotive industry.

Proven experience in project management, team coordination, production improvement activities, and multidisciplinary process management.

Experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, and configuration tracking.

Knowledge of Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies.

English proficiency at a minimum of C1 level, both written and spoken.
