Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Handle EOBI & PESSI contributions for Head Office and project employees
  • Resolve workers’ grievances and conflicts
  • Coordinate with Labor Department and relevant authorities for workers’ benefits, claims, and compensation cases
  • Maintain accurate and updated workers’ records and documentation
  • Support a positive industrial relations environment

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, EOBI, and PESSI regulations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Good record-keeping and reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in HRM + Certification of Labor Laws & IR

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
