Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Handle EOBI & PESSI contributions for Head Office and project employees
- Resolve workers’ grievances and conflicts
- Coordinate with Labor Department and relevant authorities for workers’ benefits, claims, and compensation cases
- Maintain accurate and updated workers’ records and documentation
- Support a positive industrial relations environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, EOBI, and PESSI regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM + Certification of Labor Laws & IR
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
