Industrial Relations (HR) Officer

Requirements:

Education: Graduate or above.

Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in IR department.

Skills: Stronge knowledge of EOBI, PESSI & labor law, good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all Industrial Relations (IR) matters and employee grievances.
• Prepare and process EOBI & PESSI registrations, contributions, and claims
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and company.
• Ensure compliance with labor law & company policies.
