About The Job

Within the Human Resources & Transformation Leadership organization of Ford Otosan, we are seeking an Industrial Relations Specialist to manage industrial relations processes under the Yeniköy Plant Human Resources Leadership.

This role is critical in ensuring the harmonious conduct of internal employee relations, the effective management of collective bargaining agreement processes, and the accurate follow-up and implementation of labor law practices.

What awaits you in this role?

• Manage and monitor collective bargaining agreement processes within the company

• Establish effective communication with labor unions and ensure the implementation of compliant and constructive industrial relations practices

• Follow up on re-employment cases and labor law–related litigation processes

• Coordinate with external legal counsel regarding consultancy, reporting, and follow-up activities

• Coordinate disciplinary committee processes

• Monitor legislative changes related to duties and responsibilities

• Take an active role in resolving potential disputes arising within the scope of employee relations

• Contribute to the development and improvement of Human Resources policies

• Provide management and stakeholders with regular information through reporting and analysis.
