Jop Purpose:
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations across our Planning and Warehouse functions — supporting Bel’s mission to deliver quality and excellence to our consumers every day.
- Lead and optimize all factory planning and warehouse operations, ensuring full alignment with production and business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective supply and demand planning strategies to secure material availability and minimize waste.
- Manage and control inventory accuracy, warehouse space, and logistics flow to guarantee operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service level, cost efficiency, and process reliability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the supply chain team to achieve high performance and engagement.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain roles, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Solid experience in SAP or other ERP systems.
A proactive mindset with the ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
