Thermosole PVT Limited is offering a 3-month intensive industrial training program (TSDC) for students and beginners seeking practical exposure in a real factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in hands-on training across multiple factory departments:

• Injection Molding & Blow Molding
• Production Department
• Quality Control Department
• Mechanical Workshop

Learn and apply industry-standard processes and safety practices

Assist trainers in daily operational tasks and mini-projects

Maintain discipline, attendance, and professional behavior

Submit assignments and complete assessments to evaluate skill progress

Eligibility:

Students (Matric + FSc(Pre Engineering) + Diploma + Bachelor (Mechanical Engineering) or freshers interested in industrial skills

Job seekers or beginners (Both Boys & Girls) looking for practical factory exposure

No prior experience required
