What We’re Looking For:

✅ Full-time availability, with the ability to work until at least 5:30 PM.
✅ 12+ core Early Childhood Education (ECE) units as required by Title 22. (If your courses are in progress, feel free to still apply. Pay rates will vary based on completed and in progress courses, starting at $22.00/hour for those with no ECE units.)
✅ Fingerprint clearance through FBI & DOJ (we’ll reimburse your fee after 90 days).
✅ The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (because little learners need big support!).
✅ Up-to-date certifications in Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and Germ/Pesticide Training. (Don’t have them yet? You can still apply—just be willing to complete them before your start date!)
✅ Great communication skills—you’ll be part of a team and connecting with families daily.
✅ A genuine love for children and a passion for creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
