Infant Care Giver

This position is 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone full-time, not just for the Summer.

Bell’s Little Learners is seeking a caring, dependable, and nurturing Infant Caregiver to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with infants and creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months
• Follow feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Support each child's developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff members
• Ensure the well-being and supervision of children at all times

Qualifications:

• Experience working with infants in a childcare setting
• Be able to sit on the floor and play with the children
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to meet all state licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
