Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Teach basic academic skills, such as letter recognition, counting, and shapes.
- Incorporate hands-on learning experiences to promote cognitive development.
- Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance.
- Encourage physical activity through games, outdoor play, and physical education.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques for math and other subjects.
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and best practices in daycare settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage young learners.
