Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Duties

  • Implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development for infants
  • Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring comfort at all times
  • Observe and document each infant’s developmental milestones and behaviors to tailor care plans accordingly
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences
  • Manage classroom routines efficiently to foster a structured yet flexible environment conducive to learning and growth
  • Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing individualized strategies in collaboration with specialists

Experience

  • Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, or nannying settings is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers
  • Classroom management skills to create an organized, engaging learning space
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are advantageous
  • Experience with behavior management techniques suitable for infants and young children
  • Familiarity with early childhood education best practices and caregiving standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, parents, and team members in a nurturing manner
