Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Infant Teacher Assistant
The Learning Experience - Milford is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher Assistant to support our Infant classroom and help provide exceptional care for our youngest learners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with babies, supporting classroom routines, and building strong relationships with families and fellow educators.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Assist with feeding, diapering, bottle preparation, and nap schedules
Provide responsive care and positive interactions throughout the day
Support age-appropriate activities and developmental experiences
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
Assist with classroom documentation and daily communication with families
Partner with teachers to ensure smooth classroom operations
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing and health and safety requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Prior childcare, daycare, or infant experience preferred
EEC certification preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, nurturing, and dependable personality
Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
