Infant/Toddler Caregiver

Seeking a dependable, experienced childcare professional to join a structured small group early childhood program caring for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks to 2 years.

This is a calm, organized childcare setting with a small group ratio (typically 1:4), focused on consistency, routine, and high-quality care.

This position is best suited for someone seeking stable, long-term weekday employment in a professional childcare environment.

Schedule:

• 4 weekdays per week
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Consistent, year-round schedule

Pay:

• $17/hour+
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers in a small group setting
• Follow structured feeding, nap, and developmental routines
• Maintain a calm, safe, and organized environment
• Light cleaning related to childcare (bottles, toys, meal cleanup)
• Occasional child-related transportation as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with infants and/or toddlers (professional or long-term caregiving experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance required

Preferred (Not Required):

• Up to date on vaccinations (a plus)
