Infant/Toddler Co-Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where infants and toddlers (ages 6 weeks to 2 years) can grow and thrive. You will help support each child’s developmental milestones while working closely with families and fellow staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive, developmentally appropriate care and supervision for infants and toddlers
• Maintain daily routines including diapering, feeding, and napping
• Plan and implement activities that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Maintain open, respectful communication with families and colleagues
• Observe and document children’s development; share progress with parents

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience with infants/toddlers
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
