Requirements

  • 3 Infant/Toddler units (required).
  • 12 ECE units (required).
  • Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred.
  • Ability to follow Title 22 regulations and Kawai Kids policies.
  • Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 25–30 lbs, bend, sit on the floor, and transition frequently.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Reliable, professional, and able to adapt to daily classroom needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in both infant and toddler classrooms as needed.
  • Assist with diapering, feeding, safe sleep procedures, and daily care routines.
  • Supervise children at all times using active engagement and awareness.
  • Follow all Title 22 guidelines and Kawai Kids safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Support teachers with curriculum activities, playtime, and transitions.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe classroom environments.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, parents, and administration.
  • Attend trainings, staff meetings, and support school events as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
