What Our Lead Teachers Do:

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Ensure the daily care and well-being of every child while following all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Communicate openly and positively with families to support each child’s success
• Maintain a clean, organized, and interactive learning space
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers

We’re Especially Excited to Talk With Applicants Who Have:

• Experience leading a classroom
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• Coursework or a degree in Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development
