Infant/Toddler Teacher

Our baby room is ages birth to 18 months and our Littles room ages 18 months to 3yrs. We are looking for dependable and compassionate individuals that enjoy coming to work with a smile on their face and ready to play, learn and teach the children. If you have a heart to care for children and are looking to make a difference in their lives, then we need you.

We are not like any typical childcare center. We have an open floor plan with mixed age groups. You would be expected to engage with the children. We try to get our Littles ready for preschool. We teach them to sit, listen and do lesson plans that go over the alphabet, numbers, shapes and colors. You would be expected to help the children with their work packets every day. We also do a craft with the children every day. You will also be expected to help them with thier crafts. We work as a team but are more like family.

Expectations:

• Daily classroom cleaning, organization and picking up.
• Diapering/ toileting as needed.
• Ability to move with ease from the ground to standing.
• Assist with meals and clean up.
• Be able to work with co-workers.
• Always engage with the children.
• Keep all children safe by always keeping your eyes on them.
• Willing to learn basic sign language.

We give you 10 days paid holiday off a year.

Wages start at $13.50 an hour DOE. Capability to work up to $15 an hour.

License/Certification:

• CPR/1st Aid Certification
• Background check through the state of Idaho Health and Welfare
