Strategy Development
- Plan, develop, and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Identify target audience and choose suitable influencers to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Research and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators across social platforms.
- Evaluate influencer profiles, engagement rates, and audience demographics to ensure brand fit.
Campaign Management
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, including briefing, content approval, scheduling, and delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and monitor performance.
Content Collaboration
- Work closely with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with the audience.
- Provide creative guidelines while allowing influencers the freedom to maintain their voice.
Budget & Negotiation
- Manage campaign budgets and negotiate contracts, payments, and deliverables with influencers.
- Ensure proper tracking of expenses and ROI.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and sales impact.
- Provide insights and reports to stakeholders for future campaign improvements.
Brand Safety & Compliance
- Ensure influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements (disclosures, copyrights, etc.).
- Monitor for inappropriate content or reputational risks.
Trend Analysis & Market Research
- Stay updated with social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and competitor campaigns.
- Suggest innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, PR, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Support product launches, events, and promotions through influencer partnerships.
Community Engagement
- Foster relationships with influencer networks and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Engage with followers and audiences to build a loyal community around the brand.
