Here’s a breakdown of what an Influencer Marketing Associate typically handles:

Influencer Discovery & Outreach

  • Identify relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Evaluate influencer fit based on audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand alignment
  • Initiate outreach and build long-term relationships with creators

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define campaign goals, messaging, and deliverables
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements
  • Coordinate content timelines and ensure influencers meet deadlines

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Use analytics tools to assess influencer impact and optimize future campaigns
  • Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders
