Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Description

· Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.

· Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

· Coordinate with internal teams (content, creative, strategy) to develop campaign briefs.

· Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.

· Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).

· Prepare reports and insights to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

· Stay updated on influencer trends, social media updates, and competitor campaigns.

· Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.

· 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.

· Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video platforms.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and optimize performance.

· Creative thinker with knowledge of current digital trends.
