Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source relevant influencers across social media platforms aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Conduct outreach, negotiate partnerships, and build long-term relationships with creators.
- Analyze influencer performance metrics to ensure quality, authenticity, and audience alignment.
- Maintain and update a database of influencers, campaign details, and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop effective influencer strategies.
- Track and report campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and influencer trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate influencer performance metrics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools (e.g., AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, Upfluence) is a plus.
