Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source relevant influencers across social media platforms aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct outreach, negotiate partnerships, and build long-term relationships with creators.
  • Analyze influencer performance metrics to ensure quality, authenticity, and audience alignment.
  • Maintain and update a database of influencers, campaign details, and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop effective influencer strategies.
  • Track and report campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate influencer performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools (e.g., AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, Upfluence) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
