Job Title: Influencer Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing influencers, executing influencer campaigns, negotiating deals, and coordinating with brands. You will work closely with creators and internal teams to deliver high-performing content and successful campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Sourcing & Relationship Management

  • Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with content creators, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Maintain influencer databases and category-wise lists.

Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with influencers about briefs, deadlines, deliverables, and posting schedules.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content as per brand guidelines.

Negotiation & Coordination

  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and ensure compliance with brand expectations.
  • Act as a communication bridge between influencers and brand teams.

Content & Strategy Support

  • Review influencer content for quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support in creating campaign ideas, briefing documents, and creative scripts.
  • Suggest relevant influencer categories, trends, and strategies to improve campaign results.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance, deliverables, and metrics (views, engagement, reach, impressions).
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights post campaign.
  • Optimize future campaigns based on data and performance reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator economy trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
  • Understanding of paid partnerships, affiliate campaigns, and influencer tools/platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,318.44 - ₹33,438.34 per month
