The Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take charge of our campaigns, from strategy to execution. You’ll be the bridge between brands and creators, ensuring that every partnership feels authentic and delivers real results.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in building and maintaining an extensive creator database, ensuring profiles are accurate, categorized, and aligned with campaign objectives
• Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies across industries
• Research, identify, and onboard creators who fit brand requirements and campaign goals
• Build relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand teams to foster long-term collaborations
• Help oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and performance tracking are met
• Collaborate with the media house team to amplify influencer content into larger brand campaigns
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and influencer marketing best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong familiarity with influencer ecosystems on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and identifying viral trends
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the influencer marketing space

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
