Shift Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Brand Promotions team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication and writing skills (mandatory) and a passion for social media trends, influencer collaborations, and content-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Search & Shortlisting:

• Identify and shortlist influencer profiles aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.

Creator Management:

• Maintain a categorized list of creators for each campaign and brand.

Campaign Coordination:

• Coordinate with influencer agencies for ongoing campaigns.

• Track deliverables such as stories, reels, and posts for each activation.

• Follow up with influencers to ensure timely posting and adherence to brand guidelines.

Reporting:

• Prepare weekly internal reports on influencer performance, campaign reach, and engagement metrics.

On-Ground Coordination:

• Collaborate with center managers to monitor creator visits, shoots, and promotional activities.

Candidate Background & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or Entertainment.

• Excellent English communication & writing skills (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.

• Passion for content creation, reels, and creative storytelling.

• Good sense of visual aesthetics, shoot planning, and video formats.

• Strong coordination, organization, and multitasking ability.

• Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic marketing environment.

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years in Influencer Marketing, Digital Media, or Brand Promotions.

• Freshers with strong creative interest & communication skills may also apply.

• Experience working with agencies, creators, or digital campaigns is a plus.
