Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team on a project basis. The main focus of this role is to identify, approach, and onboard influencers from the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK for our marketing collaborations.

You will be responsible for managing influencer outreach, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth communication between influencers and our brand. This position is commission-based, with payment provided per successful influencer agreement (either as a fixed amount or a negotiated commission).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with influencers based in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure mutual satisfaction between the influencer and the brand.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with content creators and agencies.
• Track and manage influencer partnerships from outreach to contract finalization.
• Report regularly on progress, agreements, and campaign results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media partnerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).
• Knowledge of influencer platforms and social media trends.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Access to a network of influencers is a plus.

Compensation:

• Project-based payment: per successful influencer partnership.
• Commission or fixed payment will be made once the agreement with the influencer is finalized.
