Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop and manage influencer collaborations to promote our fragrance brand across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, have strong knowledge of social media trends, and a proven track record of successful influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
• Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers in line with marketing objectives and budget.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Create, plan, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including campaign planning, brand promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Track performance and ROI of influencer collaborations using analytics tools.
• Stay updated with social media trends and emerging influencers in the fragrance sector.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all influencer content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
• Passion for the fragrance and beauty industry is highly preferred.

• Candidates with a strong interest in beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle content creation.
• Individuals who are energetic, creative, and comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
• Someone with 1–4 years of experience in social media or marketing roles.
