We are launching a large-scale Influencer Network designed to bring together top influencers across industries. Our goal is to create a powerful community of influencers to drive brand visibility, marketing campaigns, and business growth. We are looking for an experienced Influencer Network Manager to build, manage, and lead this initiative from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a large, active network of influencers across multiple platforms.
• Develop strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and managing influencers.
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to influencers to maximize their performance and campaign impact.
• Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with influencers, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Create performance tracking systems, reports, and KPIs to measure results.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate influencer activities with broader business goals.
• Innovate and implement creative influencer engagement strategies to scale the network.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and managing influencer networks (0 to 100).
• Strong background in influencer marketing and social media strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, training, and team management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in using digital tools for campaign tracking, CRM, and analytics.
• Creative thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Being an influencer yourself is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong presence, professional image, and the ability to inspire trust and motivation.
