Job Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and pitch creative influencer partnership proposals.
- Play a key role in the Talent Management Team, maintaining databases, generating reports, and crafting compelling presentations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales teams, and influencers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Lead brainstorming and strategic planning sessions for campaign ideation.
- Design influencer marketing campaigns, supervising from ideation through to post-campaign analysis.
- Train and guide team members within the talent division to foster their professional growth and enhance team performance.
- Expand ITP s influencer network to encompass a broader range of platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with internal teams, providing exceptional service and representation for both brands and influencers
- Analyze campaign outcomes and communicate insights and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in account management and client service.
- Exceptional reporting and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of five years' experience in advertising, marketing, or influencer marketing at a mid-to-senior level.
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential.
- Familiarity with the MENA gaming scene, including PC and console platforms, is not a must but highly desirable.
- Energetic self-starter, eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
