Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing content/workflow expertise for assigned Epic application(s). Credentialed Trainers focus on the provision of end user training in the classroom, via live meeting and/or in 1:1 settings to end users from all levels of the organization. Additional focus areas include rounding, customer communication and optimization activities.
Education and Experience
Associates or Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred. Education in a health related or adult education field preferred. Previous experience documenting in EPIC preferred. Evidence of previous experience as a trainer and/or mentor preferred. Previous experience with document preparation such as writing user guides, grant applications, or business plans preferred.
