The service provides administrative and coordination support to the Information Security, Risk, and Business Continuity functions, including:
- Assisting in the preparation and formatting of governance documentation such as policies, procedures, reports, and presentations.
- Supporting the drafting of procurement documentation, including RFP inputs, scope descriptions, and supporting materials.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and communications between cybersecurity teams, IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
- Preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items and follow-up activities.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of cybersecurity initiatives, deliverables, and governance activities.
- Supporting procurement coordination activities, including vendor documentation and proposal follow-ups.
- Assisting with administrative tracking of budgets and financial follow-ups related to cybersecurity initiatives.
- Organizing and maintaining governance documentation, records, and repositories.
- Supporting the collection and organization of documentation required for audits, assessments, and compliance activities.
- Assisting in preparing management dashboards, presentations, and status reports.
