POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The IT Systems Manager, focusing on Salesforce, SAP, and emerging technologies, is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of these critical system platforms. This role involves developing and executing high-level strategic initiatives that enhance the use of enterprise applications across all business functions. This role will formulate a comprehensive strategy that encompasses application management, system optimization, and the integration of emerging technologies, aligning these elements with broader business objectives to support the company’s growth and efficiency goals. Leadership in championing digital transformation initiatives will be key, leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce and SAP to ensure the organization remains competitive in its industry.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Enterprise Applications Management and Optimization:

Conduct regular reviews and audits of Salesforce and SAP systems to assess their effectiveness.

Identify areas for system enhancement or upgrades to improve performance and user satisfaction.

Develop strategic plans for the integration of new technologies or features that can enhance system capabilities.
Innovation Leadership:

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the enterprise application space.

Lead pilot projects for the introduction of new tools and technologies.

Evaluate the outcomes of innovation initiatives and scale successful practices across the organization.
Digital Transformation Advocacy:

Work with IT Director on digital transformation roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and strategies.

Advocate for the importance of digital transformation within the organization through workshops and presentations.

Monitor and measure the impact of digital transformation projects on business processes and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with heads of other departments to ensure IT alignment with business needs.

Organize regular meetings with key business stakeholders to discuss upcoming projects and gather feedback.

Work with project managers and business analysts to ensure that IT projects are delivered on time and meet predefined business requirements.
Team Development and Leadership:

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of Experience

At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT systems and Enterprise Applications management, with a strong focus on Salesforce and SAP.
