Position Overview:
The Information Systems Manager owns the company’s internal IT infrastructure,
software ecosystem, data governance, and security posture across all departments.
This role works cross-functionally with the company’s various departments to ensure
systems are secure, properly integrated, well-documented, and aligned with business
needs. Success in this role is defined by strong compliance readiness, structured
access management, resilient backup and disaster recovery processes, organized data
architecture, and disciplined software governance.
Responsibilities:
maintaining documented controls, coordinating internal and external audits, andensuring ongoing compliance with applicable standards.strategy to protect business-critical systems and data, including defined recoveryobjectives and routine testing procedures. Architect and maintain a secure data storage framework for company files andrecords, including access structures, retention policies, organization standards,and secure archival processes.consoles, integrations, and standardized configurations across all departments.provisioning and deprovisioning for joiners, movers, and leavers, role-basedaccess control design, and periodic access reviews.efficiency, eliminate redundancy, and reduce security exposure.requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, implementation planning,documentation, training, and adoption oversight.change management processes, and internal policies to support scalability andoperational continuity.Cross-Functional Alignment & Scope Boundaries:scalable, and reliable internal systems architecture.applicable) to implement and maintain security controls, risk managementpractices, and compliance initiatives.responsible for application roadmap ownership or product engineering execution.Role Type & Authority Level:accountability.through expertise and authority, not hierarchical control.manage DevOps engineers, system administrators, or product engineeringteams.execution may involve coordination with other technical teams.Required Experience and Skills: 5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, orinfrastructure leadership within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.control models, and security best practices.multiple departments.for business-critical systems.access audits.implementations.
