Information Systems Manager

Position Overview:
The Information Systems Manager owns the company’s internal IT infrastructure,
software ecosystem, data governance, and security posture across all departments.
This role works cross-functionally with the company’s various departments to ensure
systems are secure, properly integrated, well-documented, and aligned with business
needs. Success in this role is defined by strong compliance readiness, structured
access management, resilient backup and disaster recovery processes, organized data
architecture, and disciplined software governance.
Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of security controls aligned
• with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and applicable data protection regulations.
• Support IT compliance and security certifications by preparing audit evidence,

maintaining documented controls, coordinating internal and external audits, andensuring ongoing compliance with applicable standards.strategy to protect business-critical systems and data, including defined recoveryobjectives and routine testing procedures. • Design, document, and maintain the company’s backup and disaster recovery
• Own the company’s software ecosystem, including core systems, admin
• Manage user access lifecycle processes across all systems, including
• Monitor software usage, licensing compliance, and seat utilization to ensure cost
• Support with software selection, evaluation, and rollout initiatives, including
• Establish and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, system architecture records,
• Collaborates closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure,
