We are searching for an experienced Regional IT In-Charge at our Chennai facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic IT Management
Develop and implement regional IT strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
Infrastructure Oversight
Manage regional networks, servers, data centers, and cloud services.
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard data and systems as per Global IT guidelines.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations.
Team Leadership
Supervise Local IT infrastructure and report to Head office..
Coordinate training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Support & Service Delivery
Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and service requests.
Maintain high levels of user satisfaction through efficient IT support.
Project Management
Lead regional IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular updates to senior management on IT performance, risks, and opportunities.
Act as a liaison between regional offices and corporate IT leadership.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.
Good Presentation skill to train local users on various corporate applications
Proven experience managing multi-site IT operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as ITIL. (PMP, or CISSP are a plus.)
