Information Technology Business Relationship

Description

Act as the strategic IT partner for support functions (Finance, HR, Procurement), leading enterprise applications with a focus on ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS) to drive efficiency, integration, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Procurement leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives
  • Lead and manage ERP systems (Oracle EBS or similar), including enhancements, optimization, and support
  • Translate business needs into scalable and effective technology solutions
  • Deliver ERP and support function initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Oversee vendor performance and ensure service quality
  • Ensure system stability, data integrity, integration, and compliance
  • Drive governance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to ERP / enterprise applications
  • 6+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of Finance, HR, and Procurement processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities
