Information Technology Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading Information Security Consulting and Solutions company, we are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead internal IT operations across Riyadh HQ and their international office in Egypt.

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable, and compliant operation of IT systems, leading infrastructure and cloud services, driving compliance frameworks, and overseeing governance initiatives such as audits, ISO certifications, and structured change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the IT Operations team supporting 150+ employees and 250+ assets.
• Oversee server room operations, critical business systems, disaster recovery, and KPIs/SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Office 365, Intune, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Manage backup and replication strategies (Veeam) and endpoint compliance.
• Drive IT governance: ISO certifications, audits, SOP enforcement, and risk management.
• Lead structured change and release management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Contribute to IT strategy, vendor management, and technology upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (Master’s is a plus).
• 4+ years of IT operations experience, with at least 1 year in management/team leadership.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Intune, Security, Fortinet NSE, and ITIL preferred.
• Strong experience in server infrastructure, Azure/Office 365, Intune, firewalls, and Veeam.
• Proven ability in compliance-driven IT operations, audits, and ISO frameworks.
