Information Technology Manager

Role Objective

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Technology to manage and optimize Kingsmarque’s IT infrastructure, systems, and processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to ensure smooth operations, data security, and the adoption of innovative technologies including blockchain solutions for real estate documentation and transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System/IT Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with process automation and software integration.
• Should consistently keep pace with emerging trends in technology and AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, B.Tech, B.Sc., or BCA preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
• Experience in web development and app development.
