Information Technology Professional (Business Application Management)

A leading international financial institution is seeking a Professional within its Technology Division , responsible for supporting enterprise-wide digital solutions and business applications.

The Technology Division plays a central role in shaping and delivering the organization’s IT strategy, governance frameworks, and operational systems. It oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology solutions across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with global best practices and institutional objectives.

This position focuses on the management, enhancement, and support of core business systems , particularly within financial operations and transaction lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying and delivering scalable and future-ready solutions
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain cost-effective technology solutions aligned with organizational priorities
• Support end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, including implementation, upgrades, and production support
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors
• Lead solution design discussions and coordinate cross-functional resources for successful delivery
• Ensure stability, performance, and ongoing enhancement of business applications
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to end users
• Monitor vendor performance and manage third-party relationships
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources to support business requirements
• Contribute to cloud-based and integrated technology initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business applications, enterprise systems, or technology solutions environments
• Experience within financial services, large corporates, or regulated environments is preferred
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications related to financial operations (e.g. transaction processing, accounting, treasury, or similar domains)
• Familiarity with system implementation methodologies and best practices
• Ability to design and deliver solutions across multiple systems and business functions
• Knowledge of databases, integrations, cloud environments, and application architecture
• Exposure to IT governance, service management frameworks, and project delivery standards
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar)
• Relevant certifications or hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems is a plus
