Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and follow-up across multiple projects and teams.

This role is essential for maintaining smooth communication between departments, tracking project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities between project teams, technical leads, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, highlighting potential risks or delays.
  • Assist Project Managers in preparing project plans, reports, and communication summaries.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support in resource allocation, time tracking, and task prioritization.
  • Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders and ensure transparency in progress and blockers.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and HR teams for project-related budgeting or staffing updates when required.
  • Ensure all project documents are up to date and accessible in shared systems.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a technology, IT, or media organization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with regional and global teams.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks is an advantage.
